Unable to load issues

I am with Claims Management resources. I am able to log in. I can get to my dashboard.When I click on the issues tab, it takes me to a giant heart with a wrench in it, then this show up:

Thanks for your patience. The Amazon Web Service that affected our CRM service is coming back online. Our CRM is back in service. You may still experience minor issues with uploading images. We anticipate the service to be fully functional by end of business today.
